Refund policy
At Beself, we aim to ensure you love what you wear. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us at:

Kindly include:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photos or video (if the product is damaged/defective)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.
2. Pickup & Reverse Shipping
Since Beself operates through a dropshipping fulfillment model, reverse pickups may be handled by our logistics partners.
If reverse pickup is available in your area:
- We will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.
- If reverse pickup is not serviceable:
- You may be required to ship the product to the return address shared by our team.
Please note:
Beself is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being handed over to shipping carriers. Once the package is transferred to the courier service, responsibility shifts to them. However, we will assist in investigating delivery-related issues.
3. Return/Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within:
- 7 Days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.
4. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided
Products showing signs of wear, stains, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and final approval by Beself. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and hygiene considerations, Beself does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Personal dislike of the product
Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may require customers to provide valid bank account or UPI details for processing.
Please note: - Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defective or incorrect product delivered by Beself.
7. Exchange Shipping Timeline
Once the returned product is approved:
Standard Shipping:
Exchanged product will be shipped within 5–9 Business Days
Express Shipping (if available):
Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after approval.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
You must notify us within 48 Hours of delivery by emailing support@beself.in.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- An unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
Failure to provide the required proof or failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
All such claims are subject to verification and approval by Beself and/or our fulfillment partner.
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
10. Important Notes (Dropshipping Clause)
Since Beself operates through verified third-party manufacturing and logistics partners:
- Products may ship from different warehouses.
- Exchange shipments may be fulfilled separately.
- Processing times may vary based on stock availability.
We work closely with our partners to ensure smooth handling of all return and exchange requests.
